    安徽广紫电力电缆本产品适用于固定敷设在交流50Hz,额定电压35kV及以下的电力输配电线路上作输送电能用。与聚氯乙烯绝缘电力电缆相比,钢带铠装交联电力电缆产品不仅具有优异的电气性能、机械性能、耐热老化性能、耐环境应力和耐化学腐蚀性能的能力,而且结构简单,重量轻,不受敷设落差限制,长期工作温度高(90℃)等特点。

0.6/1KV~35KV交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆
执行标准:GB/T12706-200
适用范围:0.6/1KV~35KV交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆,广泛应用于工矿企业和城市电网中。高压交联电缆主要用于电力、建筑、工矿、冶金、交通等部门的动力、照明输配电系统,由于聚乙烯是电绝缘性能**的塑料,加上经过高分子交联后成为热固性材料,因此其电性能好,机械性能和耐热性好。近二十年来,已成为中国中、高压电缆的主导品种。
使用特性
    · 工频额定电压U0/U为3.6/6KV~26/35KV。
    · 电缆导体的**允许工作温度:90℃。
    · 短路时(*长时间不超过5s)电缆导体的**温度不超过250℃。 
    · 电缆敷设时环境温度应不低于0℃。 
    · 电缆弯曲半径:三芯电缆不小于电缆外径15倍;单芯电缆不小于电缆外径20倍。
电缆额定电压的选择
    · 电缆的额定电压应适合于电缆系统的运行状况,用U0/U(Um)kv表示。
    U0-电缆设计用的导体对地或金属屏蔽之间的额定工频电压;
    U-电缆设计用的导体间的额定工频电压;
    Um-设备可承受的“**系统电压”的*大值。

本产品适用于固定敷设在交流50Hz,额定电压35kV及以下的电力输配电线路上作输送电能用。与聚氯乙烯绝缘电力电缆相比,钢带铠装交联电力电缆产品不仅具有优异的电气性能、机械性能、耐热老化性能、耐环境应力和耐化学腐蚀性能的能力,而且结构简单,重量轻,不受敷设落差限制,长期工作温度高(90℃)等特点。

 ZR-IA-YJV高压电缆技术要求:
1、电缆导体的允许长期**工作温度为90℃。
2、导体短路温度:**温度不得超过250℃,*长时间不超过5秒。
3、安装敷设温度:电缆安装敷设温度不低于0℃
4、计算电缆载流量采用的敷设方式和基准参数
5、空气中敷设:环境温度40℃
6、土壤中敷设:环境温度25℃
